Last updated: 1 September 2026
Digital Benchmark Solutions ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what rights you have. We handle personal information in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and, for Quebec residents, Quebec's Law 25.
To respond to enquiries, prepare audits and proposals, deliver services we've been engaged for, improve this website, and send marketing communications where you have consented under CASL. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except service providers who help us operate (for example email and analytics platforms), under confidentiality obligations.
We use cookies for essential site function and for analytics. Where required, analytics and marketing cookies are set only after consent. You can block or delete cookies in your browser at any time; essential functions will continue to work.
Enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months from last contact unless you become a client, in which case records are kept for the duration of the engagement plus seven years for tax and legal purposes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask for corrections, withdraw consent to marketing, or request deletion. Quebec residents have additional rights under Law 25, including data portability and the right to be informed about automated decision-making (we do not use automated decision-making). Contact info@digitalbenchmarksolutions.com and we will respond within 30 days.
We use encrypted connections, access controls and reputable service providers. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information.
This site may use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and form processing services. These providers have their own privacy policies governing the data they process.
Privacy questions or requests: info@digitalbenchmarksolutions.com or +1 (780) 259-1214. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, or the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec for Quebec residents.
Send us your website and the three businesses that beat you. Within two business days you'll get a written benchmark — where you stand, what's costing you leads and what we'd fix first. No charge, no obligation.
